Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Web Development, SEO & Google Ads Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level candidates with a passion for digital marketing, web development, and search engine optimization (SEO). In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing websites and digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on improving search engine rankings and driving online traffic through SEO strategies and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user-friendly websites with modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking on search engines.
- Research and identify keyword opportunities for SEO optimization.
- Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic to websites.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze metrics to improve campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance website performance and digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO and Google Ads strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and report on web traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques.
- Experience with Google Ads and understanding of PPC campaigns.
- Knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., WordPress, Bootstrap) is a plus.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
Experience
- Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in web development, SEO, or Google Ads management.
- Internships or personal projects related to SEO, Google Ads, or web development are a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Flexibility in working hours may be offered based on business needs.

- Ability to analyze website performance and make data-driven decisions.
