Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to target USA websites, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements.
- On-Page Optimization: Perform technical audits, improve website structure, internal linking, and implement SEO best practices to enhance user experience and search rankings.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other content for SEO.
- Link Building: Implement and manage strategies for acquiring high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report SEO performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure growth in organic traffic.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors SEO strategies and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Staying Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends and changes in SEO practices, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO, particularly with USA-based websites.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
- Expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Proficiency in keyword research and using SEO tools for analysis and optimization.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site structure, URL optimization, and schema markup.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remote team.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on SEO experience, specifically with USA websites.
- Experience in optimizing websites for both search engines and users, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Familiarity with website development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Flexible working hours, as long as deadlines and team collaboration are respected.
- Candidates must be available for occasional team meetings and collaboration, typically during working hours in the USA time zone.

- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on SEO performance metrics.

- A keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve SEO-related issues.
