Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
    • Create and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
    • Conduct orientation programs to integrate new employees effectively.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
    • Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on workplace policies.
  • HR Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems.
  • Performance Management:
    • Support managers in conducting performance reviews.
    • Design and implement employee development programs.
  • HR Operations:
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
    • Prepare HR metrics and reports for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience

  • Proven track record in handling diverse HR functions.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
  • Flexibility to support occasional events or urgent matters outside regular hours.
