Human Resources Generalist – Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Support employee relations by addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Administer benefits programs, compensation, and performance management systems.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance performance and career growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Participate in HR projects, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement surveys, and wellness programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, HR best practices, and labor laws to ensure the companys HR policies are current.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR function.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to hybrid or remote work environments is beneficial.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, Hybrid work schedule.
  • Flexible work hours, with an expectation of in-office presence 2-3 days a week.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during high-volume recruitment periods or projects.

  • Knowledge of current HR trends and employment laws.
  • Ability to handle complex HR issues and offer creative, effective solutions.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and maintaining positive employee relations.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrates a proactive, service-oriented approach to HR management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
