Job Summary

Fresher Jobs is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic SVP & Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer to lead and manage the HR and diversity strategy of our organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this role will play an integral part in shaping and executing initiatives that foster an inclusive, diverse, and high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, strategic planning, and driving innovative diversity and inclusion practices in alignment with the companys mission and values. This individual will lead talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, and HR operations to ensure that Fresher Jobs continues to be a leading employer in the industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Strategy: Lead the HR and Diversity strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives. Provide thought leadership in the areas of talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational design.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering an environment where all employees feel valued and empowered. Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity at all levels of the organization.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment and retention strategies to attract top talent. Work closely with senior leadership to identify staffing needs and develop a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement and satisfaction through initiatives aimed at improving morale, retention, and the overall employee experience.
  • Culture Development: Shape and nurture the companys culture, ensuring alignment with core values and mission. Lead efforts to embed a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring competitive, equitable, and attractive offerings that support employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Proactively manage risks related to HR operations.
  • Succession Planning: Implement succession planning strategies to ensure the company is prepared for future leadership needs and organizational growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading large HR functions, including talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in building and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver on HR goals.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle complex situations with a high level of sensitivity and professionalism.

Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources leadership roles, with a focus on talent acquisition, organizational development, and diversity initiatives.
  • Experience in driving successful diversity and inclusion programs that create an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership and other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional travel may be required for company events, leadership meetings, and site visits.
