Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Fresher Jobs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to define HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and support the execution of key HR initiatives, such as talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives to ensure seamless transitions and alignment with business needs.
  • Lead the recruitment process for senior leadership roles and key talent, ensuring high-quality candidate selection.
  • Monitor employee engagement and retention, implementing strategies to improve satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Analyze HR metrics to assess trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Oversee HR operations in various departments, ensuring seamless integration of HR strategies across the business.
  • Develop and manage key HR projects, ensuring successful implementation and timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and principles, with experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex business challenges.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with proficiency in HR analytics and systems.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in coaching and mentoring others.

Experience:

  • At least 8 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in strategic HR management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a senior HRBP or leadership role within a large-scale organization.
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Experience with HR software systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft) and HR analytics tools.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position with standard working hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), Monday to Friday. Flexibility in hours may be required depending on business needs and senior leadership availability.

  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR strategies, organizational behavior, and business management. Knowledge of relevant labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Abilities: Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations. Skilled at driving organizational change and managing complex situations.
