Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.

  • Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.
  • Assist in project management by tracking progress and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-3 years in an executive assistant or virtual assistant role.
  • Experience in handling executive communications and scheduling.
  • Prior experience in a remote work setting is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with availability for executive meetings across different time zones as needed.
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (adjustable based on executives location).
