Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is looking for a proactive and highly organized Virtual Executive Assistant to support senior executives in managing their daily tasks and operations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle email correspondence, drafting responses, and prioritizing communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
- Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.
- Assist in project management by tracking progress and deadlines.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years in an executive assistant or virtual assistant role.
- Experience in handling executive communications and scheduling.
- Prior experience in a remote work setting is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with availability for executive meetings across different time zones as needed.
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (adjustable based on executives location).
