Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and sort inventory to be stocked on shelves

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment

• Ensure product meets Amazons high standards for quality and safety

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment center

• Adhere to safety guidelines and report potential hazards

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English

• Capability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10–12 hours per shift

• Comfortable working on feet, climbing stairs, and performing repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Experience

• No prior warehouse experience required—comprehensive training is provided

• Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or customer service is a plus

Working Hours

• Flexible scheduling options available, including:
