Job Summary

Fresher Jobs is actively seeking reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Warehouse Workers to join our growing logistics and supply chain team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with little to no prior experience who are eager to learn and build a stable career in warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.

• Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders accurately.

• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.

• Inspect products for defects and damages.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).

• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

• Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.

• Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Basic math and communication skills.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Experience

• No prior experience required – this role is ideal for freshers or those new to the workforce.

• On-the-job training will be provided.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, or similar environment is a plus but not essential.

Working Hours

• Full-time & Part-time roles available.

• Shifts may include morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends depending on location.

• Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

• Capacity to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
