Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Analyst is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Flight Attendant Planning and Analysis Specialist. This role is crucial in optimizing workforce planning and operational efficiency across our flight attendant schedules. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of airline crew planning, labor forecasting, and regulatory compliance to help us streamline operations and enhance crew satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain crew schedules and staffing models for flight attendants in line with regulatory and union requirements.

Analyze historical data and operational trends to forecast staffing needs.

Coordinate closely with Crew Scheduling, Inflight Operations, and HR to ensure crew coverage aligns with business goals.

Identify scheduling inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to reduce cost and maximize productivity.

Use analytical tools and software to generate reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.

Conduct regular reviews of planning assumptions and adjust strategies as necessary based on operational realities.

Provide support during irregular operations (IROPS) by evaluating scheduling impact and offering real-time analysis.

Stay updated with FAA regulations, labor agreements, and industry best practices affecting crew planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Aviation Management, Operations Research, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

High attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience

1-3 years of experience in workforce planning, crew scheduling, or aviation operations analysis preferred.

Familiarity with airline operations software or crew planning systems (e.g., Jeppesen, Sabre, or AIMS) is a plus.

Internships or academic projects related to aviation planning are advantageous for entry-level applicants.
Working Hours

Full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday.

Flexibility required during peak periods or when supporting irregular operations.

Occasional weekend or holiday availability may be necessary.
