• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.

• Uphold high standards of communication and customer care, reflecting the companys values.

• Meet or exceed performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred but not required).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong active listening skills with a patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.

• Must be legally authorized to work in your country of residence.

Experience

• No prior experience required – ideal for freshers and entry-level candidates.

• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail environments is a plus but not mandatory.

• Full training and onboarding will be provided.

Working Hours

• Flexible scheduling available for full-time (30-40 hours/week) or part-time (15-30 hours/week) roles.

• Shifts available across weekdays, weekends, and holidays to suit your availability.

• Must be able to commit to consistent weekly scheduling.
