Job Title: General Construction Labourer – Residential Projects

Job Overview
We are hiring a General Construction Labourer to assist with day-to-day tasks on various residential construction sites. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a skilled building team.
You’ll be supporting carpenters, electricians, and other trades with materials handling, site prep, cleanup, and general labor tasks. No two days are the same, and there’s room to grow for motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with loading/unloading materials and tools

Prepare and clean job sites (demolition, sweeping, debris removal)

Move and distribute building materials to designated areas

Operate hand and power tools (under supervision)

Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times

Support skilled tradespeople as needed

Perform general maintenance and other site-related tasks
Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Previous construction or labour experience is a plus

Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Safety-oriented with basic knowledge of construction site practices

Must be punctual, dependable, and hardworking

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is an asset

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
