Job Overview
We are seeking a Site Supervisor with proven experience in mid-rise residential or mixed-use construction. This role is critical for ensuring that all on-site activities are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll lead daily site operations, manage trades and subcontractors, and enforce quality control standards across all phases of the project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to grow into a site management or project leadership position with a reputable builder.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for mid-rise projects

Manage daily site operations, scheduling, and coordination of trades and subcontractors

Monitor progress, conduct site walkthroughs, and ensure work aligns with plans and specs

Enforce safety policies and ensure full compliance with OHSA standards

Maintain accurate project documentation (daily reports, inspections, incident logs)

Resolve issues promptly to prevent delays and cost overruns

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors

Attend site meetings and communicate updates to the construction team and stakeholders

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site
Qualifications and Requirements

5+ years of construction experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Proven experience in mid-rise (4–12 storey) construction is required

Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills

Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and site layouts

Familiarity with construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) is an asset

Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Ability to work full-time on-site and manage variable schedules

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
