Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and personable Guest Relationship Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring every guest or client receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive until their departure. As the first point of contact, your mission will be to deliver a warm, welcoming experience and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism. This position is ideal for individuals with a natural flair for communication and hospitality, especially freshers looking to launch a career in the service or corporate sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with supplies

  • Manage front desk activities including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue badges for security purposes

  • Provide accurate information and support to guests regarding services and facilities

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

  • Handle guest complaints or requests with tact and escalate issues when needed

  • Assist in organizing meetings, booking conference rooms, and preparing for client visits

  • Uphold company protocols and confidentiality at all times


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Friendly, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities


Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply

  • Any prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is an added advantage


Working Hours:

  • Full-time: Monday to Saturday

  • Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (subject to shift schedules depending on company requirements)


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices

  • Ability to operate office equipment such as printers and fax machines

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an added asset
