Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and hospital staff with warmth and professionalism

Manage the front desk area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization

Operate the hospital’s telephone exchange system and route calls accurately to concerned departments

Handle patient inquiries both in-person and over the phone with clarity and compassion

Schedule appointments and maintain patient check-in/check-out records

Provide basic information about hospital services, facilities, visiting hours, and doctor availability

Maintain visitor logs and issue badges according to hospital protocol

Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support teams for smooth workflow

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduation preferred

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Office, email handling)

Rotational shifts, including morning, evening, and weekend duties
