HR Service Jobs is looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our high-performing team in Delhi/NCR. This pivotal role focuses on expanding our client base, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth across multiple sectors including staffing, recruitment, and HR outsourcing services. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, crafting winning proposals, negotiating client contracts, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

  • Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company policies

  • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipelines, and forecasts

  • Represent the company at networking events, industry expos, and conferences

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client industry developments


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value deals

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to understand client pain points and deliver customized solutions


Experience:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management

  • Prior experience in the HR services or staffing industry will be a strong advantage


Working Hours:

  • Full-time position

  • Monday to Friday

  • Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Occasional travel or extended hours as per client meetings or events)


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling

  • Familiarity with HR outsourcing, staffing services, and recruitment industry landscape

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude

  • Ability to work independently, manage pipelines, and meet revenue targets

  • High level of integrity and professionalism in client dealings

  • Adaptive to changing market conditions and capable of quick decision-making
