Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions through voice calls, emails, or chat support depending on the process

Resolve queries related to products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary

Meet individual and team targets including customer satisfaction, response time, and call/chat handling time

Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and service procedures

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments for resolution

Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with company protocols

Provide a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline

Strong verbal and/or written communication skills in English and regional languages (as applicable)

Good listening and interpersonal skills

Basic computer literacy and typing speed (30+ WPM for non-voice/blended roles)

Familiarity with CRM systems and email/chat tools is an advantage

Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (voice/blended)
Experience:
-
Freshers are welcome
-
0–2 years of experience in BPO, customer support, or technical helpdesk will be preferred
Working Hours:

Full-time, rotational shifts (including weekends and public holidays for some processes)

Shift timings: Morning, Evening, and Night shifts depending on process type (Domestic/International)

Weekly offs on rotational basis
