HR Service Jobs is hiring enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals for the position of Entry Level IT Support Executive. This role is ideal for recent graduates or freshers who are passionate about technology and eager to launch a career in IT support. You will be the first point of contact for resolving basic hardware, software, and networking issues, supporting end users remotely or on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or ticketing system

  • Troubleshoot common IT issues related to operating systems, MS Office, printers, network connectivity, and user accounts

  • Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment

  • Log, track, and document helpdesk requests and resolutions using IT support tools

  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT technicians or system administrators

  • Maintain user access permissions and perform password resets

  • Support IT team in basic infrastructure and asset management tasks

  • Ensure prompt response to service requests while maintaining high user satisfaction


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma in IT/Computer Science or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably BCA, B.Sc IT, or B.Tech)

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows/Linux)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic network concepts

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field

  • Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a team environment


Experience:

  • Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Internship or project experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting is a plus


Working Hours:

  • Full-time, entry-level role

  • Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Rotational shifts or extended hours may be required based on business needs


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic knowledge of IT service desk operations and ticketing systems (e.g., Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow)

  • Ability to identify and solve technical issues logically and efficiently

  • Strong time management and documentation skills

  • Willingness to take initiative and follow escalation procedures when required

  • Good understanding of cybersecurity basics and safe computing practices (preferred but not mandatory)
