HR Service Jobs is hiring enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals for the position of Entry Level IT Support Executive. You will be the first point of contact for resolving basic hardware, software, and networking issues, supporting end users remotely or on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or ticketing system

Troubleshoot common IT issues related to operating systems, MS Office, printers, network connectivity, and user accounts

Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment

Log, track, and document helpdesk requests and resolutions using IT support tools

Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT technicians or system administrators

Maintain user access permissions and perform password resets

Support IT team in basic infrastructure and asset management tasks

Ensure prompt response to service requests while maintaining high user satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Diploma in IT/Computer Science or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably BCA, B.Sc IT, or B.Tech)

Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows/Linux)

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic network concepts

Experience:

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
