Job Summary

Fresher Jobs is seeking an experienced and passionate AWS Trainer (Freelance/Part-time) to deliver high-quality cloud computing training sessions to students, freshers, and early-career professionals. As an AWS Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning content on Amazon Web Services, tailored for both beginners and intermediate learners. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct live online training sessions on various AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, VPC, etc.

  • Create and update training materials, assignments, labs, and assessments.

  • Deliver concept-based learning using real-time case studies and cloud infrastructure demonstrations.

  • Track student performance, clarify doubts, and provide mentoring support.

  • Stay updated with the latest AWS service updates and best practices.

  • Customize training delivery based on learner background and skill level.

  • Provide feedback to improve course content and overall training experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and practical expertise in AWS cloud services.

  • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps Admin) is highly preferred.

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience with real-world AWS projects is a plus.

  • Comfortable using online tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams for virtual classes.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with AWS in a professional environment.

  • Prior experience in technical training, online coaching, or mentoring is strongly preferred.

  • Freelancers or professionals currently working in AWS-related roles are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Part-time, flexible hours — ideal for evenings or weekends.

  • Approximately 6 to 10 hours per week, depending on batch schedule.

  • Fully remote (work from home).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep understanding of cloud computing and AWS infrastructure.

  • Ability to adapt teaching style for technical and non-technical learners.

  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and time management skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and concepts is a bonus.
