Job Summary

Fresher Jobs is seeking a creative and self-driven Part-Time or Freelance professional to support our Digital Marketing and Content Management initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital trends, social media, SEO, and impactful content. As a member of our dynamic remote team, you will contribute to content strategy, audience engagement, and online brand growth across multiple digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and schedule engaging content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

  • Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve online visibility and organic traffic.

  • Assist in managing and updating website content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix).

  • Run and analyze email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and performance tracking.

  • Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.

  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and digital teams to align content with marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style, and voice.

  • Research industry trends to develop fresh and relevant content ideas.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (pursuing or completed) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and CMS platforms.

  • Ability to research, write, edit, and proofread content.

  • Attention to detail and creative thinking abilities.


Experience

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing or content-related roles.

  • Freshers with strong portfolios or internships are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours (10 to 20 hours per week based on availability).

  • Timelines will be set weekly depending on project needs and deadlines.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Basic understanding of Google tools: Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Analytics.

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Mailchimp, or WordPress is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital performance metrics.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
