Job Summary:
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Online Bidder/Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing remote team. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for generating business through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and LinkedIn. You will identify potential clients, prepare proposals, and win projects in web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, content creation, and other IT services. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, goal-driven, and passionate about freelancing and business development.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on potential projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others.

Draft compelling and customized proposals that align with client needs.

Communicate effectively with international clients and understand their project requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams to prepare quotes and respond to client queries.

Follow up with leads and convert them into active projects.

Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and delivery.

Track market trends and competitor activities to refine bidding strategies.

Maintain accurate records of all bids and proposals for reporting and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Familiarity with bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.

Basic understanding of web and app development technologies and digital services.

Proficiency in proposal writing and understanding client requirements.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple bids simultaneously.

A proactive and self-starting attitude with minimal supervision required.
Experience:

Minimum: 0.6 – 2 years in online bidding or business development (Freshers with excellent communication and understanding of freelancing platforms are also welcome).

Experience in handling international clients will be considered a strong plus.
Working Hours:
