Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is currently hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Call Center Executive. As a Call Center Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, complaints, and information regarding our services and products.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information about products/services to customers.

Resolve customer issues and escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate departments.

Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.

Achieve daily/weekly targets related to call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Follow up with customers for feedback and further support when necessary.

Stay updated with company policies and product knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Good verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

Basic computer literacy (typing, data entry, use of CRM tools).

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to stay calm and work under pressure during high call volumes.

Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach.

12th pass or a graduate from any stream (degree not mandatory but preferred).
Experience

Working Hours
