Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing remote team for night shift operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across global markets. Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and virtual meetings.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve set targets and KPIs.

Research and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and client data to identify expansion opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align lead generation strategies with market trends.

Prepare compelling presentations and proposals to pitch to prospective clients.

Provide regular updates and reporting on sales performance, pipelines, and forecasts to management.

Manage CRM systems effectively to ensure all communication and lead information is accurately recorded.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally in B2B or remote service industries.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with international clients.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.

Experience working with international clients (especially US, UK, or Australia) is preferred.

Prior experience in remote or virtual sales roles will be an added advantage.
Working Hours

Night Shift (Aligned with US/UK Time Zones)

Monday to Friday

Flexible start time between 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST
