Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Assistance Specialist – Night Shift to support our global client base with a wide range of administrative and customer-related tasks. This is a fully remote role ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and are comfortable working independently during non-traditional hours. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless virtual assistance to clients across time zones, maintaining high service standards and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time virtual support to clients via email, chat, and remote access tools.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, document handling, data entry, and report generation.

  • Monitor support queues and ensure all requests are resolved within the agreed service-level timelines.

  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues or escalate them to the relevant department.

  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, tasks completed, and client feedback.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.

  • Uphold confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive data.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Agent, or similar remote support role.

  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).

  • Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), and CRM software.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.


Experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in remote administrative support or customer service.

  • Experience with international clients or night shifts preferred.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position (8-hour shift)

  • Night Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (IST) / Flexible for global candidates

  • Weekend availability may be required on rotation.

  • Sound understanding of remote work tools and etiquette.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability.

  • Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
