Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team on a part-time, remote basis. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a professional and flexible work-from-home setting. The ideal candidate will support our daily HR operations, assist in talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to key administrative processes. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to start a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms

Screen resumes and help coordinate interviews

Maintain and update HR databases and records accurately

Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires

Assist in drafting HR policies, memos, and employee communications

Participate in employee engagement programs and virtual HR events

Coordinate with internal departments to streamline HR processes

Handle basic administrative HR duties such as documentation and compliance tasks

Research HR best practices and support in process improvements

Provide general support to the HR Manager and department
Required Skills and Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a virtual team environment
Experience

No prior full-time experience required

Internship or volunteer experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles will be considered a plus
Working Hours

Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
