Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is looking for enthusiastic and confident female candidates to join our dynamic team as Tele Callers (Telugu Voice Process). This is a remote position designed for individuals who are fluent in Telugu and have a passion for communication, customer interaction, and telesales. The role is ideal for freshers, housewives, or part-time seekers looking to work from the comfort of their home while contributing meaningfully to a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

  • Clearly communicate in the Telugu language to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.

  • Follow-up with leads and update CRM tools with relevant data.

  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversions as assigned.

  • Handle basic queries and escalate complex issues to the supervisor as needed.

  • Maintain call logs and ensure accurate documentation of interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in Telugu (speaking is mandatory).

  • Basic understanding of customer service and communication etiquette.

  • Good listening skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

  • Comfortable working with tele-calling tools, headsets, and online CRM systems.

  • Basic computer and smartphone handling ability.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in a tele-calling, BPO, or voice process role is an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible part-time and full-time shifts available.

  • Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) — Monday to Saturday.

  • Sunday is fixed off.

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership in achieving performance goals.

  • Should be a quick learner and team player.
