Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of data management software (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms).

  • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good command of the English language—both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Experience

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or clerical roles is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with excellent computer and typing skills are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week.

  • Part-Time: 15–25 hours per week.

  • Flexible shift options available, including day and evening hours to suit different time zones and lifestyles.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in using cloud-based platforms like Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools or ERP software is a plus.

  • Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling data.
