Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking meticulous and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Data Entry Executives / Back Office Operators. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at handling digital data, have a keen eye for accuracy, and are comfortable working in a virtual office environment. As a part of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining data accuracy and supporting essential back-office functions that ensure smooth organizational workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately input, update, and maintain various types of data into internal systems and databases.

Organize digital files, documents, and spreadsheets in accordance with company standards.

Communicate with internal departments for clarification of data discrepancies.

Prepare daily/weekly status reports and submit to the team lead or manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer-related certifications are a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel, Word, and basic data tools.

Excellent typing speed (minimum 30–40 WPM) with high accuracy.
