Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking proactive and organized Online Virtual Assistants to support our clients remotely. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who excel in multitasking and managing administrative responsibilities in a digital environment. You will work closely with business executives, entrepreneurs, or teams, providing professional administrative support from the comfort of your home.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage email correspondence, calendars, and appointment scheduling.

  • Handle data entry, document formatting, and online file management.

  • Assist with social media scheduling and basic content updates.

  • Coordinate online meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes.

  • Conduct online research and prepare reports or summaries.

  • Provide excellent customer service via email or chat when required.

  • Maintain confidentiality and data security across all tasks and communications.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

  • Comfortable using virtual communication tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc.

  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Experience

  • No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.

  • Previous experience in administrative roles or remote assistance will be considered a plus.


Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours available (Part-time/Full-time).

  • Must be available for communication during agreed time zones.

  • Weekend availability is optional, based on client needs.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Capability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools or CRM platforms is an advantage.

  • Positive attitude, dependability, and professionalism in virtual settings.
