Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Provide product and service information clearly and accurately

Use internal tools to track, document, and escalate customer issues when necessary

Maintain a high level of knowledge about products, processes, and systems

Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and schedule adherence

Collaborate with team leads and other departments to continuously improve service delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism

Basic computer proficiency, including navigating web applications, email, and data entry

Quiet and distraction-free work environment with stable internet connectivity

High school diploma (10+2) or equivalent; graduation preferred

Availability to attend virtual training sessions as scheduled
Experience:

Freshers are welcome and encouraged to apply

Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or a remote work environment will be considered an advantage

Experience using CRM or ticketing systems is desirable but not mandatory
Working Hours:

Flexible shifts available – Full-Time or Part-Time

Rotational shifts may include weekends and public holidays

Shift timings will be communicated in advance based on project allocation
