Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive – Fresher (Remote) to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of online marketing tools, social media platforms, and a keen interest in driving engagement and brand growth across digital channels. You will work remotely, supporting marketing campaigns, analyzing trends, and helping optimize digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Create and schedule content for social media channels to drive engagement and brand awareness

• Perform keyword research and support SEO strategies to improve website ranking

• Monitor and report performance metrics of online campaigns using analytics tools

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling digital assets

• Support email marketing campaigns through content creation and database segmentation

• Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

• Manage and update the companys website content as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools

• Familiarity with major social media platforms

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic remote environment

Experience

• No prior work experience required

• Internship or project-based exposure in digital marketing will be an added advantage

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with the expectation of 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

• Total of 35–40 hours per week

• Work from Home / Remote setup

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of basic digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing

• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

• Strong research skills to identify trends and audience preferences

• Comfortable using Google Workspace or MS Office tools

• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva or similar tools) is a plus
