Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused professional to join our Business Support – Customer Service team. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements or resolve complex issues.

Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and operational updates as needed.

Monitor service requests, track SLAs, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.

Support data entry, order processing, appointment scheduling, and other administrative functions.

Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

0–2 years of experience in customer service, business support, or administrative roles.

Working Hours

Flexible shifts available (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening)

Monday to Friday schedule; weekend shifts available based on business need
