Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support for Apple products including iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, and related services.

  • Resolve customer questions, issues, and concerns with patience, professionalism, and product expertise.

  • Troubleshoot technical problems with software and hardware by guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Apple’s products, services, and tools to provide accurate, up-to-date support.

  • Document customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner using Apple systems.

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when needed, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); multilingual abilities are a plus.

  • Passion for technology and familiarity with Apple products and services.

  • Ability to work independently in a home-based environment with minimal supervision.

  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools simultaneously.

  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service, support, or help desk experience preferred.

  • Experience working in a contact center or remote support environment is a plus.

  • Freshers with strong communication and technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
