Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: 12th pass or a graduate in any discipline.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).

  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic knowledge of computer operations, internet usage, and MS Office tools.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a stable internet connection.


Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in a BPO, customer care, or voice support environment is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Training will be provided to all selected candidates.


Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with rotational shifts (24×7 support).

  • May require working weekends, night shifts, or holidays based on business needs.

  • Fixed and flexible shift options may be available depending on location and role.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.

  • Quick learner with adaptability to new tools, systems, and workflows.

  • Strong listening skills and empathy towards customers.
