Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is looking for passionate and dedicated female educators to join our growing team as Remote Online Tutors. This work-from-home opportunity is ideal for women looking to restart their careers, college graduates, stay-at-home moms, or experienced professionals who wish to earn by teaching students online. You will deliver engaging and interactive online lessons across various subjects for school and college-level learners.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one or small group virtual tutoring sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.

Teach subjects based on your area of expertise (e.g., English, Math, Science, Social Studies, etc.).

Customize lesson plans to meet the learning needs of each student.

Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain a positive, respectful, and motivating learning environment.

Respond to student queries in a timely and professional manner.

Keep accurate records of sessions and student performance.

Collaborate with parents/guardians when required for younger students.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Must be female and eligible to work remotely from home.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Strong knowledge in at least one academic subject.

Basic computer literacy and comfort using virtual communication tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Empathetic, patient, and encouraging teaching style.
Experience

0–3 years of teaching or tutoring experience (freshers are welcome).

Previous experience in online tutoring, school teaching, or educational training is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours

Flexible scheduling available (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening slots).

Minimum commitment: 2 to 4 hours per day (can scale based on your availability).

Weekend classes are optional.
