Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

  • Plan and schedule engaging, high-quality content that aligns with brand tone and goals.

  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and build a positive community presence.

  • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to evaluate content effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

  • Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools or platforms.

  • Run paid campaigns and boost posts to reach target audiences when required.

  • Engage with influencers and community members to increase reach and brand credibility.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Hands-on experience using scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).

  • Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh ideas that drive engagement.

  • Knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is preferred.

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a virtual setup.


Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience managing social media accounts, pages, or campaigns.

  • Experience working with startups, freelancers, or women-led digital communities will be an advantage.


Working Hours:

  • Flexible Work Timings – Choose your preferred hours between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST.

  • Must be available for short team calls or check-ins during business hours.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong sense of branding, digital etiquette, and audience behavior.

  • Proficient in content creation, hashtag research, and social media writing.

  • Ability to use insights and analytics tools to drive data-backed decisions.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with a growth mindset.

  • Strong collaboration skills in a remote team environment.
