Job Summary

Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Sales Coordinator to join our expanding virtual sales support team. This work-from-home opportunity is open exclusively to female candidates who are enthusiastic about customer relationship management, inside sales coordination, and lead follow-ups. As a vital link between clients and the sales team, you will ensure seamless communication, manage sales operations, and contribute to overall business growth—all from the comfort of your home.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming sales inquiries and client communication.

  • Coordinate daily activities with the remote sales team, including scheduling calls, setting reminders, and updating CRM tools.

  • Assist in lead generation activities and follow up with potential clients via email, phone, and social media.

  • Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and ensure all customer information is up-to-date.

  • Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely responses to prospects and clients.

  • Support the onboarding of new clients and facilitate smooth handovers to account managers.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign feedback and lead nurturing.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email platforms, and CRM software.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Fast learner with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.


Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales support, telesales, customer service, or administrative coordination preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in a remote or virtual work environment is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shift options available (part-time and full-time).

  • Core availability preferred between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.

  • Weekend work may be required occasionally based on project needs.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of sales processes and customer journey is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus.

  • Time management and organizational skills to handle high volumes of communication and documentation.

  • Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach to resolving challenges.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
