Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and digitally savvy Online Community Manager to build, engage, and grow our virtual communities. Key Responsibilities

Build and moderate online communities across platforms like Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

Facilitate conversations, encourage member participation, and maintain a respectful and inclusive tone.

Monitor, track, and report on community engagement, feedback, and trends.

Work with the content team to share relevant updates, polls, and interactive content to increase engagement.

Resolve member queries, flag inappropriate content, and handle conflict resolution diplomatically.

Develop and implement community engagement strategies and campaigns to boost member growth and retention.

Organize online events, challenges, webinars, or discussions to foster community spirit.

Collect feedback from users and share actionable insights with internal teams for product/service improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

0 to 2 years of relevant experience in social media, online community management, or digital engagement roles.
