Job Summary

Fresher Jobs is actively seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Part-Time Virtual Recruiter to support our growing recruitment operations. This is a remote, women-only opportunity designed to empower female professionals and homemakers seeking flexibility in their careers. As a Virtual Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for various online and remote job roles across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and databases.

  • Conduct preliminary screening interviews via phone or video to assess candidate fit.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update candidate records in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

  • Develop and post engaging job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.

  • Build strong relationships with applicants to provide a positive candidate experience.

  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Assist in employer branding initiatives by promoting Fresher Jobs as a preferred work-from-home employer.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (verbal and written).

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, email, and recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed.

  • Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Comfortable working independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

  • A genuine passion for talent acquisition and candidate engagement.

  • Female candidates only (as per role requirement).

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition preferred.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Part-time: 3 to 5 hours per day

  • Flexible shifts available between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

  • Monday to Friday (occasional weekend availability may be required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Familiarity with remote communication tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and WhatsApp.

  • Ability to build rapport and engage diverse candidates.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
