Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.

  • Support onboarding processes including documentation and induction planning.

  • Maintain HR records, databases, and internship logs accurately.

  • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and virtual HR events.

  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and assist in policy drafting.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to manage internship tasks and project timelines.

  • Research best practices in HR trends and contribute to internal HR improvement initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Masters program in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced remote work setup.


Experience

  • No prior experience required.

  • Previous internship or coursework in HR will be an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours (minimum 3–4 hours/day).

  • Monday to Saturday (Remote).

  • Duration: 1 to 3 months (extendable based on performance).


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of HR fundamentals like recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes.

  • Ability to multitask and manage virtual communication with diverse teams.

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Adaptable, reliable, and eager to take on new challenges.

  • Professional ethics and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
