Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a motivated and results-driven Online Bidder / Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. This remote role is ideal for professionals who are confident in generating leads and converting prospects through bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others. Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals that align with our service offerings in IT, digital marketing, design, and software development.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, bid, and win projects on freelancing portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.

Understand client requirements and present tailored proposals to increase conversion rates.

Maintain active communication with potential leads and existing clients to build long-term business relationships.

Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop competitive project scopes, timelines, and budgets.

Prepare and send quotations, follow up on open leads, and handle client queries.

Maintain CRM records and generate periodic reports on bidding performance and closure rate.

Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to adjust strategies accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.

Strong command of written and spoken English (mandatory).

Proficiency in using freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).

Good understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, or Design.

Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to draft clear and compelling proposals.
Experience

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in online bidding or BDE roles.
