Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking an experienced Senior Medical Writer to join our growing team of scientific and healthcare communication professionals. In this role, you will play a critical part in the development of high-quality medical content for a wide range of audiences, including healthcare professionals, regulatory authorities, and patients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, clear, and compliant content that supports clinical research, pharmaceutical product launches, medical education, and regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and edit scientific documents including clinical study reports (CSRs), investigator brochures (IBs), protocols, manuscripts, slide decks, and regulatory submissions (e.g., INDs, NDAs, CTDs).

Translate complex clinical data and research findings into clear and compelling written content.

Ensure all written materials adhere to the highest scientific standards, regulatory guidelines, and client specifications.

Work collaboratively with subject matter experts, medical reviewers, and regulatory teams to collect and verify source data.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic areas, medical terminology, publication standards (e.g., ICMJE, GPP), and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.).

Manage multiple writing projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality assurance at every stage of the writing process.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior writers and editors when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field (Masters or PhD preferred).

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical research methodology, and drug development processes.

High attention to detail with the ability to critically evaluate scientific data.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, referencing software (e.g., EndNote, Mendeley), and document formatting tools.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote environment.
Experience
-
A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in medical writing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.

Experience in writing regulatory documents and/or publications for peer-reviewed journals is essential.

Therapeutic area expertise in oncology, immunology, cardiology, or neurology is a plus.
Working Hours
