Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Call Center Executives to join our growing customer support team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in the customer service domain. As a Call Center Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Full training will be provided, making it an ideal entry-level role for candidates with good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with accuracy and empathy.

Provide accurate information about products/services and follow up on customer interactions.

Document and update customer records based on interactions.

Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 10th / 12th pass; graduation is a plus.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English or regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.).

Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate a smartphone or PC/laptop.

Good listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

A customer-centric approach with a positive and energetic attitude.
Experience

No prior experience required – Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in customer service, BPO, or tele-calling will be considered an advantage.
Working Hours

Flexible Shifts Available: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Night shifts.

Both Full-Time (8 hours/day) and Part-Time (4 hours/day) positions are open.

Rotational weekend availability may be required depending on project needs.
