What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Commercial team, you’ll gain real-world experience on projects that shape the built environment. With support from mentors and colleagues, you’ll gradually take on responsibilities such as:

  • Contract Management – Assist in negotiating and drafting contract terms and subcontracts.

  • Financial Oversight – Help track project costs, manage budgets, and support financial reporting.

  • Procurement – Work with suppliers and subcontractors to source and agree responsibilities.

  • Payments & Reporting – Prepare payment certificates, monitor client payments, and maintain accurate records.

  • Health, Safety & Environment – Learn how we maintain safe, sustainable, and compliant worksites.

  • Professional Development – Build communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills through structured training and real project work.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: 80+ UCAS points and 5 GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) including Maths, English & Science

  • Licence: Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)

  • Skills: Proactive, flexible, collaborative, and an excellent communicator
