We’re now looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join our global team. This role focuses on driving IT engineering excellence, enhancing global support models, and leading process improvements. You’ll work cross-functionally to design, optimize, and scale IT systems that power our fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What You’ll Do
Partner with leadership and stakeholders to design and deliver IT support and project objectives aligned with NVIDIA’s global strategy.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; lead root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
Identify automation opportunities to improve ticket resolution times and reduce manual workload.
Collaborate with Tier 1–3 support teams to drive consistency, improve communication, and enhance documentation.
Stay current with industry trends and integrate new technologies where appropriate to boost operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in enterprise IT engineering and support roles.
- Strong background in system administration, IT infrastructure, and incident management (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Experience with Linux/Unix, Microsoft Stack (AD, Exchange), networking (Cisco), application support, and endpoint management (Mac/Windows).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across teams.
- Data-driven decision-making skills and familiarity with IT analytics/reporting.
