Fresher Jobs is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Remote UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic digital team. This role is perfect for freshers and early-career professionals who are passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that combine creativity with functionality. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and content teams to ensure that the final product delivers an excellent user experience while meeting business objectives—all from the comfort of working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging, user-friendly interfaces for websites, apps, and digital platforms.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present design concepts.

  • Collaborate with developers to translate design ideas into functional products.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs.

  • Ensure consistency in design elements, branding, and visual identity.

  • Apply responsive and mobile-first design principles.

  • Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Suggest improvements for user experience and product performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

  • Strong creative, visual, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.

  • Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly.

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • A design portfolio (academic, internship, or freelance work) will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote work schedule.

  • Standard expectation: 30–40 hours per week.

  • Must be available for virtual meetings and project deadlines.
