Key Responsibilities

  • Review and proofread content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.

  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and language across different types of content.

  • Verify facts, figures, and references to ensure accuracy.

  • Collaborate with writers, editors, and content managers to improve readability and clarity.

  • Suggest improvements in sentence structure, flow, and overall quality.

  • Maintain deadlines and ensure timely delivery of error-free content.

  • Adapt to various writing styles based on the type of content and audience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good understanding of different writing styles and editorial guidelines.

  • Basic familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

  • Ability to communicate feedback clearly and constructively.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer/laptop.

Experience
