Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage Amazon Marketplace accounts to ensure compliance with policies.

  • Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing when necessary.

  • Track and maintain inventory levels to support sellers in avoiding stockouts.

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams while ensuring quick resolution.

  • Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve service quality.

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer support metrics and account performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon Marketplace (preferred).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

Experience

Working Hours
