Senior Business Systems Analyst – SAP IBP & APO Planning

We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Supply Chain Execution team in Santa Clara, CA. In this critical role, you’ll architect and implement advanced planning solutions using SAP IBP and APO, enabling smarter, faster supply chain operations across NVIDIA.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable supply chain solutions using SAP IBP Supply Response, Demand Planning, and APO SNP Optimization and CTM techniques.

  • Drive continuous process improvement through strategic system enhancements and automation.

  • Lead end-to-end projects to expand or optimize existing SAP IBP/APO capabilities.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable planning solutions.

  • Create prototypes, proof of concepts, and conduct detailed data analyses to support business decisions.

  • Conduct system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and training.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across IT and business units to deliver impactful supply chain tools.

  • Champion best practices in system integration, data sharing, and business process design.

  • Influence senior leaders by presenting data-driven solutions that drive operational efficiency and growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Business, or equivalent work experience.

  • 12+ years of experience designing and implementing supply chain planning solutions using SAP IBP, APO, or other advanced tools.

  • Hands-on experience with IBP Supply Response, APO SNP optimization, or CTM modeling.

  • Strong analytical background with a proven track record of turning data insights into business outcomes.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to debug and support SAP IBP & APO systems.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or other advanced supply chain platforms.

  • Familiarity with supply chain planning in the semiconductor industry.

  • Expertise in data integration and automation within SaaS planning tools.
