Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, organize, and respond to emails on behalf of executives or team members.

Prioritize and flag important communications to ensure timely responses.

Coordinate meeting logistics, including virtual platforms, invitations, and follow-ups.

Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items for internal and client meetings.
