Stellar Enterprises is looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to provide efficient calendar and email management support to our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote work environment, has strong communication skills, and excels at managing schedules and correspondence. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in streamlining administrative processes, ensuring effective communication, and supporting the productivity of our leadership and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.

  • Monitor, organize, and respond to emails on behalf of executives or team members.

  • Prioritize and flag important communications to ensure timely responses.

  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including virtual platforms, invitations, and follow-ups.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items for internal and client meetings.

  • Assist in document preparation, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.

  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and records.

  • Support team members with ad-hoc administrative and project-related tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and email management tools.

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.

  • Familiarity with calendar management tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.).

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Experience:

  • 0–3 years of experience in virtual assistance, administrative support, or related roles.

  • Freshers with strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn are welcome.

Working Hours:
